Refund policy

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

You can process your return or exchange by contacting us via email at quaintmumbai@gmail.com.
Please mention your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount.
Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check within 24 hours. Upon approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 20 business days.
If an order is canceled after the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the refund will be processed only after it reaches back to our warehouse and passes the quality check. Upon approval, the standard refund procedure will be followed.
